What is the best way to manage depression?

The kind of deression that makes us feel low and depressed ( There are far serious kinds of depression that I am not referring to, but just the simple, non-clinical kinds)

I know hot chocolate helps me, and so does some physical activity. Apparently eating fish is useful too, because of its Vitamin B content.

But what else?
Ah, I did not mean clinical depression.

You hadn’t slept well, your boss was angry, and when you returned home after a long day at work, you notice there’s no food in the fridge.

Then what do you do to feel better?

You know you’ll be better tomorrow morning, absolutely fit and fine. But what about now?

Yup, chocolate, martial arts, and friends are stress busters.

But there must be more, that we can add on to this list!
