    First you recognize that you really don’t want to hurt anyone, including yourself. Then you get some professional help. I had a chemical imbalance once and got help and some meds and it made a world of difference! Now I am back to normal (?) and life is good. Learn to relax., take deep slow breathes, repeat positive thoughts in your mind, on paper and out loud. Keep calm.
